COLOR MODE: All files may be setup in CYMK or RGB.

RESOLUTION: Signs and Banners should be created at 100-150dpi in resolution.

SIZING: All artwork should be submitted in the finished size. Any adjustments to size will alter the image.

BLEED: We do not require a bleed in printing signs. Some banners will require bleed- Contact us for templates.

PMS COLOR:  PMS values must be set in advance from your native software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, etc…) to the closest values or match to the PMS color.

PLEASING COLOR: We will print your project in accordance with industry-wide trade standards for color and registration. Since monitor calibration varies widely, we run to uniform ink levels and a "pleasing color" standard.

FILE SUBMISSION: When submitting your job, PLEASE indicate your company name or order number in the Description Field of the upload window under the file/browse field.

We accept the following file type:

Adobe Photoshop - Output: Photoshop PSD, Photoshop TIF or Photoshop PDF (In PDF Option - Encoding - Select JPEG @ Maximum Quality Output (12)).

Adobe Illustrator - Output: Illustrator AI, EPS, All Type To Outline.

Adobe InDesign - Output: Acrobat PDF, All Type To Outline.

CorelDraw 11- Output: CorelDraw EPS, All Type To Curves.

Digitally prepared files can either streamline the production of a job, or be a real headache. If a file is good to go, the job can bypass scanning, layout and approval steps and be directly scheduled for printing. However, if digital files are prepared incorrectly, fixes and resubmissions can be expensive, time-consuming and frustrating. The success and ease of printing a digital job relies entirely on the file meeting our production requirements.
