Which printing option is right for me?
Xpress Scan is a heat-applique imprint process. This process utilizes a computer program to cut your logo or message from a heat transfer media. The image is then prepared and bonded to any of our fabric products using extreme heat and high pressure. The resulting image can be machine washed and will not crack or peel (guaranteed). Xpress Scan is the best imprint option when you do not have a custom color to match. If you need to match a color exactly, or if your image involves fine detail (like dot patterns) then Screen Print as your best option. See the XpressScan color chart here
SilkScreen/Screen Print is the best option if your logo requires an exact color match, contains fine detail (like small dot patterns), or if you require more than 30 pieces. Rasterprint is a full color dye sublimation that transfers images to our fabric in full color. Rasterprint is the best option for photographic or bitmap images.
AppliPrint AppliPrint combines the best of Xpress Scan and RasterPrintprocesses. First we print your image to a white fabric using RasterPrint. Then we profile cut the image and use an industrial adhesive to heat-set it to any color fabric. This is a great option when using detailed images on a dark fabric.
