Imprint Methods
Digiprint™ and Grand Impressions™ logo mats are created using unique dying technology that digitally
injects dye into a three-dimensional nylon fiber. This process is very similar to a four-process, however
there are 25 primary colors printed in dots per inch to generate the image.
Waterhog™ Inlay logo mats are produced using a unique inlay process using up to 18 standard colors per
mat. PMS color matching is not available.
Waterhog™ Sculptures and Personalized Sculptures™ are created using a compression mold. PMS Color
Matching is not available.
SuperScrape™ Logo Mats are created by molding an ultra violet protective thermoplastic material into a
rubber base. PMS Color Matching is not available.
PMS Color Matching for Digiprint™ and Grand Impressions™ Logo Mats:
PMS (Pantone Matching System) is used as a standard for printing on paper and other screen printed
products using ink. These mats are created using a dye and we cannot guarantee an exact match, however,
in most instances PMS colors can be closely matched, with the exception of metallic colors. For orders
that require a custom batch of dye there is a one-time charge of $230.00 (W) per color.
Warranty:
All of our Products are designed for industrial applications. We have an unlimited customer satisfaction
guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your products, we will replace the mat or
refund your money. The typical life expectancy for a logo mats is 3-5 years.

Extra overnight or second day shipping charges may apply to rush services. Most logo mats ship within 5
to 7 business days once artwork and credit are approved.
Variances:
Sizes are not always an exact measurement and typically have a 3% variance due to the materials and
manufacturing processes. Colors may not be an exact match of previous orders.
