When Mika Technologies approached us about building a trade show
display, they knew their audience and needed a specific marketing
message to get their attention. The audience, in this case, was
potential job applicants. As Mika was a computer programming company,
they had positions open in very specific fields and wanted a quick way
to not only fill those positions, but fill them with the most qualified
applicants.
We integrated a monitor into one of their 2' x 2' panels and used a
black PETG overlay to give it a finished framed look. This monitor was
used to show off open positions and talk about the benefits of working
for Mika. We provided a series of easy velcro job title signs below,
which could be put on or taken off at each show, depending on which
jobs were available. As they added new programming languages and new
positions, we created new signs for them. This allowed Mika to easily
change gears within a show as jobs were filled.
Lastly, we used a large sign for both their header and their main
message. The header sign of "Building a Future through Technology" both
speaks to what Mika does for it's customers and what it does for it's
employees. The information sign lists reasons that working for Mika is
beneficial to the prospective employee, giving big impact on their
hiring practices in a small and affordable display.
